# How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription cancellation isn't self-service in the W\&B app. To cancel, contact the W\&B support team with enough information to identify your account.

To request cancellation:

1. From the email address associated with your account, email [support@wandb.com](mailto:support@wandb.com).
2. Include the following details so the team can locate your account:
   * Organization name
   * Email address associated with the account
   * Username
